1. Seller
These terms apply to all orders placed on this website with Every3D (details in the legal notice). Contact: to be completed.
2. Products
Our products are made by 3D printing. Small differences in surface finish or colour compared with the photos are normal and are not defects. Each product page states whether the item is in stock or printed to order, and the lead time.
3. Prices
Prices are in Tunisian dinars (TND), all taxes included. Delivery is free. The total to pay, delivery included, is shown before you confirm the order.
4. Orders
You order by filling in the checkout form. You receive an order number, and we call you to confirm the order before shipping it. We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you or if the order looks abnormal; nothing will have been paid.
5. Payment
Payment is made in cash on delivery, to the courier. Nothing is paid online.
6. Delivery
We deliver anywhere in Tunisia within to be completed after confirmation. For items printed to order, the printing time shown on the product page is added.
7. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw within 10 working days of receiving your order, without giving a reason (Law 2000-83, art. 30). We refund you within 10 working days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping is paid by the customer. See our returns page.
This right does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as custom prints made from your own file (Law 2000-83, art. 32).
